Central Vacuum Cleaners

The company designs and manufactures central vacuum cleaner units with a flow rate of 100 m3/h - 5000 m3/h within its own organisation.

Jet type pulse filters are air pollution control devices that separate particulate matters from the air or gas. Filter cloths made of felt are used as filter components. System components are comprised of a screw conveyor, air lock and centrifugal fan. Depending on the system requirement, they may be used together with the cyclone unit. Jet filter unit operates at an air pressure of 6 – 7 bars. Compressed air entering the system achieves vibration via an electronic remote control card with a solenoid impact valve and ensures the filter components to be cleaned.

Centralised System Industrial Vacuum-Cleaner: manufactured in bag type. Filter components are selected on the basis of the process requirements.

By pulsing system: on-line pulsing, cell pulsing.

By design: bunker inlet, front settling reservoir, silo-top bunker-free, double module, high pressure cylindrical.

By production material: Carbon steel (St 37/2, St 52/3, etc.), stainless steel (AISI304/316/321/309/310).
